Legality

You must be 21 years of age or older to join La Communidad Brew Club or purchase beer from Del Cielo Brewery. We will check your government-issued ID when you come in for your first beer as a member. Members must show their Digital Wallet membership card to redeem benefits.

Cancellations / Terminations

Memberships are month-to-month and begin upon successful payment of the monthly membership fee. La Communidad Brew Club Membership will automatically renew each month, and you authorize us to charge the then-applicable membership fee and any taxes to your card on file.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

All membership sales are final and non-transferable.

Membership Usage

All memberships are designed to be held by one person, and all membership benefits can be enjoyed only by the member holder (i.e., no buying your friends beers at a discounted rate). We expect that no Del Cielo beer releases will be resold for any reason. All beer purchased and obtained through the membership syndicate is for the purpose of personal consumption.

Safety & Responsibility

As with all guests at our taproom, we comply with RBS (Responsible Beverage Serving) laws and will not continue to serve members who are intoxicated. We support guests enjoying themselves in the taproom, but we do not tolerate any uncondoned behavior. In situations in which members cause issues in the taproom, we reserve the right to revoke their membership at any time.
