YOU WILL:

  • Be a part of a small and dedicated team to act as the newest ambassador of our brand.
  • Responsible for building a solid base of diverse regular accounts in areas such as: San Francisco, Marin County, Napa County, Sonoma County, Lake County, and Mendocino County.
  • Conduct tastings with accounts to build the business.
  • Follow up with accounts to ensure our beers are properly labeled, represented, stored and served to our standards.
  • Attend beer festivals and other events to promote our brand when needed.
  • Keep track of delinquent accounts.
  • Deliver kegs to accounts when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position has a lot of growth potential.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One to two years of proven results in sales; beer industry experience required.
  • Availability to travel to areas outside of the region as the market expands.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a good driving record.
  • Ability to handle kegs and cases of beer using a dolly. Ability to maneuver ~160 pounds (1/2 barrel kegs)
  • Only highly self-motivated, organized, dedicated independent individuals need apply.
  • Must live in San Francisco or North Bay Area

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Passion for craft beer and general knowledge and understanding of beer styles.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism with a customer service focus.
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Good computer and phone skills with the ability to complete administrative work as associated with the job.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Any brewing experience is a plus.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage Kitchen Staff
  • Create, prepare and assemble all food items in the kitchen
  • Demonstrate knowledge and training of safe food handling to staff and meal preparation
  • Manage sourcing and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients based on menu budget
  • Work cooperatively with Chef ordering supplies and food
  • Consistently maintain high cleanliness of work and storage areas
  • Support the entire team in keeping the brewery running seamlessly

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivables to join our team, handling essential cash management, accounts receivable, and other office duties. This role will support smooth financial operations and maintain clear communication with internal departments and external partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform tips calculation for multiple locations.
  • Post and record payments on a daily basis from multiple sources.
  • Process accounts receivable, verifying invoices and resolving discrepancies with vendors and customers.
  • Reconcile payments from all payment platforms (Wholesail,Fintech, Bill.com, etc.)
  • Follow up with wholesale delinquent accounts and communicate delinquent status with the Sales Team.
  • Posting invoices in the production system and payments in the accounting system.
SKILLS / TRAITS REQUIRED: 
  • Minimum two years of experience is required
  • Proficient in all google suite programs (Google work space)
  • Basic accounting knowledge

This position will be supporting the production & sales team at the Martinez and Livermore facilities. One year of commercial brewing experience is required.

YOU WILL:

  • CIP (Clean-In-Place) of Fermenters, and other brewing equipment as required.
  • Keg cleaning or organization
  • Support production team during canning days by kegging and packaging beer
  • Complete fermentation checks, including gravity, temperature and pH measurements during fermentation.
  • General organization and restocking of the coolers
  • Yeast harvesting and dry hopping
  • Maintain brewery clean and organized
  • Other production tasks includes organizing walking coolers and maintaining accurate beer inventory
  • Stay knowledgeable of Del Cielo beers and craft industry trends by continuously participating in trainings and educational opportunities
  • Support the entire team in keeping the brewery running seamlessly
  • Support sales team at beer festivals and pouring events

YOU ARE:

  • Minimum of one year of commercial brewing experience is REQUIRED

  • Able to follow stringent sanitary practices
  • Able to frequently and repeatedly lift 55 lbs., and capable of moving 160 lbs.

  • Support the entire team in keeping the brewery running seamlessly – as a small start up brewery, beertenders will wear many hats and not just spend time behind the bar
  • Support the Del Cielo kitchen delivering and clearing food offerings
  • Participate in Del Cielo community events, beer festivals and other engagements as needed
  • Accurately handle all aspects of the point of sale – including change-making, bar tab management and opening and closing responsibilities
