In terms of beer, unfortunately we cannot accept or offer refunds for beer purchased online, unless the product is defective.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the merchandise purchased or your beer is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and ship back within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise has to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs to ship back the item, unless there is a defect in the item.
- Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale items will be returned at the price purchased. No return on gift cards.
- We don’t have the capacity to process exchanges at this time.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?
Fill out the form below. Once you complete the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt with a copy of your responses. We ask that you print this email confirmation and include it your return package to help with return processing.
If the item was a gift, please use the original purchaser’s name + email.
Ship your return items via your preferred method to the following address with the printed online returns form included inside your return package.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. We will do our part in processing returns within 10 business days, but please know that this may vary based on when we receive your item.
