ONLINE STORE POLICY
You must comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including being 21 years or older to purchase and pick up alcohol. When purchasing or picking up a beer order, you must have a valid form of identification and a signature that matches that of the person who placed the online order.
If there is something wrong with the quality of your beers, please send an email to [email protected] within 15 business days of receiving your beers. In your email, please describe your question, concern, or complaint in as much detail as possible. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as we can.
We will replace or refund you for any product that is damaged. By law, know that we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of alcohol that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or product that is ordered in error and shipped.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel your order, ask for a refund or exchange for another item.
