Join us for our Chef’s Table – Food & Beer Pairing presented by Chef Francisco Serrano and Head Brewer, Luis Castro.

A four course Primavera dinner on Wednesday, May 20th at our Martinez Taproom.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

TICKET PRICE:

$95 + 20% Gratuity. Includes four courses paired with (4) 8oz. beers

DINNER DETAILS:

RSVP to the dinner by purchasing your ticket(s) in advance. Sales end Tuesday, May 19th.

Dinner is on Wednesday, May 20th and starts at 6:30 PM sharp at our Martinez Taproom.

 



1st Course

LAMB LOIN CHOP SALAD // Chef’s Mix Vegetables, Avocado, Corn, Dried Cherries, Greek Feta, Grapefruit Mustard Vinaigrette

Beer Pairing: Qué Pasó Gose | Gose 4.8% ABV 


2nd Course

THE PRAWNS TRIO // Sweet Potato Mash, Cilantro Leaf Balsamic Reduction, Lime Butter, Truffle Oil, Breakfast Radishes, La Crema

Beer Pairing: Vuela Vuela | WC IPA 6.5% ABV


3rd Course

PORK LOIN ROSTIZADO // Charred Asparagus, Grilled Nopales, Poblano Purée, Red Bell Pepper Coulis, Apricot Glaze, Greens

Beer Pairing: Owl Be Certain | Hazy IPA 6.8% ABV

 

4th Course

EL MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE // Triple Decker, Berry Chantilly, Stout Caramel, Lava Salt

Beer Pairing: Smooth Ride | Foreign Extra Stout 7% ABV
