Del Cielo Brewing – Cocktail Series
Hello Beer Friends! Our Cocktail Series, released earlier this summer has been flowing off the shelves and out of the taps. This series was just as fun to create as it is to drink! We created a total of three beers in this cocktail inspired series: Yerba Buena, Que Pasó Gose?, and Coisa Mais Linda. Each of them are fruit flavored Gose beers modeled after some of our favorite tropical cocktails including the Paloma, Mojito and Caipirinha.
YERBA BUENA – GABF Silver 2020 Winner

Cocktail Inspiration: The Mojito is the original Cuban highball that consists of five simple ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint.
Yerba Buena was brewed with lime, pink himalayan salt and copious amounts of mint, 15lbs to be exact! During the brewing process, the entire brewery smelled like mint, so refreshing! Our Yerba Buena can be converted into a delicious Mojito by shaking rum with simple syrup (or sugar) and a hint of lime juice, poured over Yerba Buena and topped with crushed ice and mint leaves.
QUE PASÓ GOSE?
Que Pasó Gose? | Inspired by the Paloma Cocktail
Cocktail Inspiration: The Paloma is a tequila-based cocktail from Mexico that contains grapefruit soda and lime, served on the rocks.
Similarly, Que Pasó Gose? was brewed with generous amounts of grapefruit, lime and pink himilayan salt. This beer was created to resemble the taste and mouthfeel of a Paloma and can actually be transformed into a very similar cocktail! With the addition of Tequila (or Mezcal) you can serve it over ice with a salted rim and a lime wedge!
COISA MAIS LINDA

Cocktail Inspiration: The Caipirinha is the national cocktail of Brazil. Traditionally made with cachaça (a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice), sugar, and lime.
In Coisa Mais Linda we added a Colombian twist by brewing it with feijoa and pineapple. Feijoa is a fruit native to southern Brazil, eastern Paraguay, Uruguay, northern Argentina, and Colombia and tastes like the best elements of a strawberry, guava and pineapple mixed together. To enjoy this beer in a simple yet delicious beer cocktail, shake the lime and sugar (or simple syrup), then pour it into a glass filled with iced Coisa Mais Linda and garnished it with a pineapple wedge, Saude!
This limited edition cocktail series is perfect to enjoy by themselves or to create a delicious craft beer cocktail at home. Come enjoy these one of a kind summer brews in our taproom or take them home to savor in your own paradise!
We have some exciting brews coming out this Fall, so keep an eye on our Instagram @delcielobrewing for more fun beer releases. Cheers!
